Global Givers Foundation (GGF) is a non-profit organization that works as a catalyst to bring impactful and sustainable changes that empower the lives of the underprivileged, resulting in a better and kinder world.
Operating as an independent agent of change, GGF strives to bridge the gap between philanthropists and the underprivileged. GGF enables individuals and organizations to donate funds conveniently to meaningful causes. The organization helps by mobilizing CSR funds from corporate groups and providing philanthropy consulting.

Global Ayurveda Festival (GAF) is a biennial conclave of the Ayurveda fraternity in Kerala. It is the largest gathering of practitioners, researchers, producers, and service providers of Ayurveda in the world.
Ayurveda is the art of healing. Its essence can be traced back to the Vedas. The importance of Ayurveda is increasing as lifestyles change. The modern world and introduction of unhealthy eating habits are taking us away from the healthy mind and body culture of the Indian tradition. Ayurveda can be described as the “Gift of Gods” to fellow beings to rejuvenate their mind, body, and soul.

Festival (GAF) bring back the golden era of authentic
medicine and spread the importance of Ayurveda across
the world. GAF is a biennial conclave for the Ayurveda
fraternity aimed at bringing a platform to appreciate
advances in the eld. GAF was started in 2012 with the
motive of bringing back the authentic Ayurveda method of healing.
Through our mission, GGF brings a new face to the world of Ayurveda, embracing the idea of globalization. GGF encourages the idea of manufacturing Ayurvedic medicines and promoting them on a global scale. GGF strives to enhance this curiosity and spread the medicinal ayurvedic treatments by increasing the international appeal, thereby brining in international wellness spends
into Kerala. To achieve this, GAF is creating a unied
platform to bring together all the certied and authentic
practitioners of Ayurveda. This would provide a clear andconcise place where anyone can identify and interact with
genuine practitioners and methods.
Kerala witnessed a rapid increase of “fast food culture” in the last two decades, changing the eating habits of the population for the worse. The shift to unhealthy eating habits and introduction of artificial ingredients to local cuisines has resulted in a rise in diseases such as obesity, diabetes, cancer, and heart disease.
We at GGF believe the time has come for us to shift back to a healthy lifestyle, embrace whole foods, and move away from processed foods such as white rice, white floor, and ready-to-cook meals. Our mode of action for Project Annam begins with raising awareness about the detrimental outcomes of the fast-food culture through statistical and health research data.
Our awareness campaigns started from the grassroots level, where we hosted events in schools across Kerala, addressing thousands of school children. These events succeeded in instilling a feeling of responsibility by helping them believe that they are the pioneers of this life-saving movement.
As the next step, we have initiated our campaigns to help children embrace homegrown fruits and vegetables, which they can eat, share with friends, or even sell, if the yield is in surplus. Project Annam aims to uphold the importance of the agrobiodiversity of Indian food and sustainable farming and reimagine nutrition as a means to support good health.
The decline of traditional lifestyles in modern Kerala is having negative consequence. With rising cancer cases, the state is on the trajectory to become the nation’s cancer capital. As a responsible organization that works for tomorrow, GGF will be investing in prevention, screening, treatment, and palliative care.
Our sustainability projects like Annam spread awareness about lifestyle habits that increase cancer risk, primarily food habits, and focuses on overcoming unhealthy lifestyle patterns as an effective way to reduce cancer risk.
Our counseling campaigns will succeed in effective cancer prevention measures. As part of our cancer awareness events and detection camps organized by our team of specialists, we will promote cost-free screening for cancers with high incidence rates, like oral, breast, cervical, blood, and prostate cancers.
GGF will provide palliative care to cancer patients in terminal stages by partnering with reputed hospitals and other organizations. GGF is also partnering with healthcare organizations and providers to support affordable advancements in effective cancer care.
Balaramapuram is home to Kaithari or Kerala’s unique handloom cotton. The Kaithari craftsmanship uses antique throw-shuttle pit looms to produce cotton fabrics with pure zari, making the craft a priceless heirloom. In recognition of their indigenous artistry, the Kaithari products of this village have been recently GI-tagged.
The rise of power looms, despite making products of inferior quality and durability, is forcing real talent out of the market. The village that housed over 2000 handloom workers currently hosts less than 500 of them. The floods of 2018 and 2019 and the pandemic that followed have also led to a steep decline in their demand. The industrial takeover is sinking this indigenous art and trade, and we might be seeing the last of this tradition.
To rescue this indigenous industry from extinction, GGF has begun efforts to find buyers for the handloom products by catapulting the artisans to a global market through simple and commission-free e-commerce platforms. As an incentive to sustain the legacy, we will provide free medical insurance plans for the weavers and their families and help improve their working conditions. At the grassroots level, we encourage educational institutions and professional campuses to observe ethnic days to educate people about the tradition and the sustainability of the handloom industry, spread awareness about the plight of the weavers, and encourage them to use more Khadi or other eco-friendly handloom products.
